As a result of the integration of the corporation's production, logistics, distribution and sales business units, the different administrative units dedicated to the management of human resources in these areas are merged and this creates the opportunity to direct the Resources Management Human resources for the entire beverage vice-presidency, having as an area of influence all the work centers located in the national territory, attending to human management for 5,500 people scattered throughout the national territory. As of July 2006, the management of the Vice Presidency extends to El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, with which the scope of the Human Resources functions reaches the work centers located in those countries and more than 7,000 collaborators. . At present, management is oriented towards the consolidation of a strong organizational culture that constitutes a differentiating element and competitive advantage for loyalty and human retention, optimization of the different administrative processes of human management and the participation of Human Resources in the strategic definition of the Vice Presidency. Since 1992 he had direct responsibility for directing the Labor Relations strategy of Fábrica de Bebidas Gaseosas Salvavidas, SA, then in 1996, of the two factories in the capital city, incorporating Cervecería Centro Americana, SA From the year 2000 they joined the factories of the interior and from 2004 onwards, all the companies including distributors of the capital and the interior. In this period from 1992 until its extinction around the year 2005, the relationship with the two unions that existed in the organization (SITRACERCA and SITRACERNACSA), which had a presence in Cervecería Centro Americana, SA, Fábrica de Bebidas Gaseosas Salvavidas, SA, was directly addressed. and Cervecería Nacional, SA attending to the strategy and directing the collective bargaining processes that correspond to the period in question.
