Expert in Educational Innovation with an emphasis on the STEAM area (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and in the development and implementation of platforms to provide relevant skills and ensure the academic, personal and professional success of young people and adults.
He has studies in Curriculum from the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, is a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA; Industrial Chemical Engineer from the Rafael Landívar University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Letters from the Colegio Liceo Javier de Guatemala.
He served for 14 years as Academic Director of the Colegio El Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, and as President of the Association of Private Schools of Guatemala for 8 consecutive years. He was professor of Mathematics and Fundamental Physics at the Colegio El Sagrado Corazón and of Operations Research and Economic Engineering at the Faculties of Engineering and Economic Sciences of the Rafael Landívar University.
He was part of the international oil company Shell for 19 years, developing as a professional and acquiring knowledge and experience in the areas of
logistics, engineering, contracting, supply and distribution negotiations, franchise development, as well as in the areas of human talent development, marketing and sales, in Ecuador, Bahamas, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
He is very clear that we are living in a time of constant and exponential changes that forces us to think globally, but act locally. She believes in the development of soft skills and the improvement of human behavior, which is evidenced by participating and implementing socio-emotional skills development programs for leaders and their collaborators to improve their emotional intelligence.
He currently participates in workshops, forums, conferences and talks on innovation, digital transformation, effective presentations, disruptive coaching, optimization of time use, collaborative work, personalized learning, sales, entrepreneurship and 21st century skills. He works as an advisor and consultant for entities educational and business in different Latin American countries.
