Lyubomir Mitsev's story begins when he moved to Latin America from Europe when he was 33 years old. Upon completing her Master of Laws at university, Lyubomir joined the military defense in Bulgaria and served as Head of the Legal Department for over 6 years, before launching her business career in the consulting services industry. After some time in traditional companies, he was inspired to launch Oxford Innovation Group, a boutique consulting agency, in the areas of Innovation Strategy, Network Development Architecture (SNA), Business Development at a New Level and development of sales – and he did it before his 40th birthday.
Oxford Innovation Group is now one of the companies in the fast growing consulting market in Latin America. Lyubomir is passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders by teaching thought-provoking perspectives on entrepreneurship and disrupting the traditional approach to a career. Lyubomir's popularity surged and resonated in the hearts of entrepreneurs in Latin America when Oxford Innovation Group was launched.
